Final pricing may change if:

  • Additional repairs are required.

  • Hidden damage is discovered.

  • Additional labour becomes necessary.

  • Incorrect vehicle information was provided.

  • Additional parts are required.

The customer will be informed before any additional chargeable work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

6. Mobile Service Requirements

Customers agree to provide:

  • Safe access to the vehicle.

  • A legal parking location.

  • Adequate working space.

  • Accurate vehicle information.

  • Vehicle keys if required.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe due to weather, traffic, hazardous conditions, aggressive behaviour, or any situation that places our technician at risk.

7. Customer-Supplied Parts

Customers may supply their own parts; however:

  • We cannot guarantee the quality or compatibility of customer-supplied parts.

  • Labour required to install customer-supplied parts is chargeable regardless of whether the part is defective.

  • No labour warranty is provided for failures caused by customer-supplied parts.

  • Any manufacturer warranty remains solely with the part manufacturer.

8. Parts Supplied by Arsenault Mobile Mechanic

Parts supplied by Arsenault Mobile Mechanic may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Warranty coverage is limited to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

9. Labour Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, labour performed by Arsenault Mobile Mechanic is warranted for 30 days from the date of service.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Racing or commercial use

  • Accidents

  • Improper maintenance

  • Customer-supplied parts

  • Failures unrelated to our repair

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Warranty claims are subject to inspection by Arsenault Mobile Mechanic.

10. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles may contain hidden defects that are not visible during the initial inspection.

Arsenault Mobile Mechanic cannot be held responsible for failures caused by existing mechanical issues that were not reasonably detectable before repairs began.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arsenault Mobile Mechanic shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of income or business.

  • Towing expenses.

  • Rental vehicle expenses.

  • Missed appointments.

  • Delays caused by parts suppliers.

  • Failures unrelated to work performed.

  • Mechanical failures occurring after service that are unrelated to the repair completed.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information.

  • Remove valuable personal belongings.

  • Inform us of known mechanical issues.

  • Ensure the vehicle is legally accessible.

  • Ensure someone aged 18 years or older is available if required.

13. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future service.

14. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated before service.

Failure to make payment may result in collection action where permitted by law.

15. Environmental Responsibility

Used oil, filters, batteries, fluids, and other automotive waste generated by our services will be disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.

16. Emergency Roadside Services

Estimated arrival times are provided as estimates only.

Traffic, weather, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect response times.

We cannot guarantee arrival within a specific timeframe.
